Vertical Garden
Over 6.000 tropical plants are blooming and occupying a wall of 270 square meters: the unique vertical
garden in the KulturKaufhaus is a living piece of art by the famous botanist Patrick Blanc.
The Sphinx
Next to it, you are greeted by the almost 4000 year old sphinx of the queen Hatschepsut, a permanent
loan from the Ägyptisches Museum Berlin.
The Berlin Wall Stone
On the third floor, you will find an original stone from the Berlin Wall with exciting information about the
construction of the wall.
