You want to return your shipment? No Problem, here ist how it works:
If you live in Germany, you can download your return slip here.
If you live outside of Germany, please send a short email 6B756E64656E7365727669636540647573736D616E6E2E64653C7374726F6E673E746F206F757220637573746F6D657220736572766963653A3C2F7374726F6E673E kundenservice@dussmann.de and you will receive the link to the return slip by email.
Step 1 for returns from Germany:
Fill out the return request form with your details.
Write us your order number (mandatory) into the field Customer's reference.
Step 2
You will receive a return label and the possibilities to print it yourself or get a QR-Code that can be used to print it in any store of the Deutsche Post.
Step 3
Immediately after receipt of the goods we will refund you the purchase price on the way , just as you paid for the order (PayPal, credit card or bank transfer).
