Product description

For anyone over 50, this guide from a respected psychologist shows how you can "turn back the clock" by changing your attitude

Today's retirees are living 20 to 30 years longer than predecessors did only two or three generations ago--that's almost another entire adult lifetime. This period need not be one of pathology or decline but rather, can be one of growth, wisdom, maturity, and more. Why does this seem like such a radical concept? Why does it seem so at odds with our general view of aging? Live Happier, Live Longer is about taking action and making positive plans. Dr. Sharp explains how to redefine who you are and what you want to be in order to maximize happiness and wellbeing. You're only as old as you think you feel! This is the perfect book for anyone over 50 who wants to live a long and happy life.

I could go on posing these question but quite honestly if you like books and quizzes, Gary Wigglesworth has put a great fun, challenging set of questions together to make up for all of the music rounds that lost your teams top marks in the past. The question are broad enough to sweep up a lot of tastes and there is a fun mix of pure trivia and more needling teasers. Great fun and (while we stubbornly stay in lockdown) it is a pretty effective way to pass an evening in between the sourdough fold and stretches...
