After an introduction of cancer biology, the authors describe the modeling algorithms and their applicability limitations. Then, in part two, microscopic scale modeling of cancer will be covered, followed by the modeling of the networks dealing with cell proliferation, cell survival, angiogenesis, migration and metastasis.   At the end, the modeling of EGFR signaling in lung cancer is discussed as a case study and then two normal and cancerous EGFR signaling models are compared.
