In her new album "Heimwee", Eefje De Visser shows her most authentic side. Following the success of her fourth album "Bitterzoet", the Dutch musician retreated to the studio to work on songs that were written during her tour, the pandemic, her pregnancy and the first months of motherhood.

The result is an album that translates her inner world into personal, timeless songs and dark, dreamy productions. "Heimwee" addresses, among other things, the loss of naivety and openness, the desire for security and the need for space and freedom. The advance singles "Heimwee", "Vlammen" and "Uit Het Oog" show how Eefje de Visser is reinventing herself with a fresh sound universe and multi-layered lyrics.
