"Either with love or not" is the motto of twin sisters Forough and Sahar Sodoudi. Visitors to their restaurant in Berlin are immersed in the lightness, richness and freshness of Persian cuisine: Every bite is a piece of culture. In addition to creamy mezze and crispy salads, popular classics have also found their way into their first cookbook - not without a sophisticated twist: lentils, spices and golden raisins are mixed in with the saffron rice, for example, while Persian meatballs are coated in a tomato and lemon sauce.
The passionate hosts are actually PhDs who had achieved everything in their careers. Then they swapped climate science and geophysics for a wooden spoon and apron - out of pure passion. Today, the Gastro-Gründerpreis winners inspire thousands in their Berlin "Culture and Food Lab" and for one special evening, they are now doing the same exclusively for 25 participants in the KulturKaufhaus!
