Dr. Ratna Dahiya has been associated with the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra since 1983. She is currently the professor and head of the Electrical Engineering department. She has 37 years of teaching and research experience. She has 62 journal publications, 113 conference papers, and 1 patent. Her areas of interest include power electronics, facts, power system stability and dynamics, and microgrids.



Dr. Rajesh Kumar received his B.Tech. degree from NIT Kurukshetra, India, the M. Tech. degree in Power Systems, and a Ph.D. in Intelligent Systems at MNIT, Jaipur. He was a doctorate research fellow in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, from 2009 to 2011. Currently, he has been working as a professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, MNIT, Jaipur. His research interests focus on Intelligent Systems, Machine Intelligence, Power Management, Smart Grid, and Robotics. He has published over 550 research articles and has supervised 25 PhD and more than 35 M.Tech. thesis. He has 14 patents to his name. He received 03 academic awards, 12 best paper awards, 06 best thesis awards, 04 professional awards, and 25 student awards. He received the Career Award for Young Teachers in 2002 from the Government of India.

Dr. Shivam is an assistant professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. He has degrees of Ph.D. and M.Tech. in Power Electronics and Drives. His areas of interest include power quality issues in DC and AC microgrids with renewable energy sources and electric vehicles.
